Portfolio Health Check
A second opinion on everything you own.
Growmint runs a deep analysis across every fund and holding you have — not just performance, but the things that quietly cost you: overlap, fee drag, concentration and mis-allocation. It ends in one score and a ranked list of fixes.
Overlap detection
Three funds holding the same top 10 stocks isn’t diversification. We show you exactly where you’re paying twice for the same exposure.

On the rails that actually govern money.
Your money touches regulated rails at every step — consent-driven, read-only, and revocable the moment you choose. Nothing is scraped, and no password is ever shared.
GrowMint: Family Wealth Desk is developed and operated by ANV Fintech Private Limited (“ANV”, “we”, “us”) as a technology platform. Different modules may be provided by different regulated entities, each of which may independently determine or jointly determine why specific data is processed for that service.
Where an Account Aggregator (“AA”) consent artefact identifies Arham Share Private Limited (“Arham”) as the Financial Information User (“FIU”), Arham is the FIU and the regulated recipient for that AA request. ANV does not acquire or borrow Arham’s FIU/SEBI status merely because ANV provides technology.
For mutual fund, insurance, lending, IPO/public-issue and e-challan/payment modules, the exact provider and data role are identified in the relevant journey and in Section 7 below.
1A. Legal entity details
ANV FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“ANV”) – CIN U64990GJ2023PTC143283; registered office: Office-101, 1st Floor, Jolly Plaza, Nr. Athwa Arked, Athwagate, Surat, Gujarat - 395001. ANV operates the GrowMint technology platform and processes data in the roles described in this Policy.
ARHAM SHARE PRIVATE LIMITED – CIN U67120GJ2010PTC061501; SEBI Stock Broker Registration No. INZ000175534; CDSL Depository Participant Registration No. IN-DP-CDSL-252-2016; registered office at 416-417 A, X-Change Plaza, Dalal Street Commercial Tower, Block 53 E, GIFT City, Gandhinagar - 382355, Gujarat. Where an AA consent names Arham Share as FIU, Arham Share is the relevant FIU/data recipient for that purpose.
ARHAM INSURANCE BROKERS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Arham Secure”) – CIN U66220GJ2024PTC155825; registered office: U/8, Jolly Plaza, Athwagate Circle, Surat, Gujarat - 395001; IRDAI CoR/Licence No. 1104, Direct Broker - Life & General; licence validity stated as 06/11/2028, subject to the current IRDAI record.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains the personal data and financial information collected or processed through GrowMint, the purposes, recipients, retention, security controls, choices and grievance channels. Additional provider-specific privacy notices, consent artefacts and regulatory documents may apply to a particular service and will be shown at the relevant point.
Where another entity is independently responsible for its regulated processing, that entity’s privacy notice and legal obligations apply in addition to this Policy.
3. Information we may collect
The categories actually collected depend on the services you choose. GrowMint shall collect only information reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.

4. Account Aggregator data: enhanced restrictions
AA financial information is subject to the purpose, recipient, duration/frequency and other parameters stated in the consent artefact. Where Arham is the FIU, Arham’s use/disclosure is confined to that consent purpose and Applicable Law.
ANV’s technology environment for Arham AA information is designed to segregate that information from ANV’s independent business databases. ANV business/sales teams do not receive standing access to raw AA information for mutual fund sales, insurance sales, loan marketing, advertising or general lead generation.
AA information obtained for Arham’s dashboard purpose is not automatically shared with a lender, insurer, mutual fund distributor or other group entity. A separate lawful purpose/consent pathway is required if such information is needed for another service.
Restricted customer-specific outputs materially derived from AA information are treated within the same purpose perimeter and are not a loophole for cross-selling or unrelated profiling.
ANV will not use Arham AA information to train its proprietary AI/ML models or submit it to external generative AI services without a separately approved lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
5. Family-member privacy
Adding a family member does not by itself give you access to that person’s financial information. Each competent adult whose AA information is connected must independently authenticate and provide the required AA consent.
Where a family member voluntarily shares a dashboard/summary with another member, GrowMint shall use the sharing controls displayed in the application and shall not infer authority merely from a relationship label.
You must not invite or access another person’s financial data without lawful authority. If a person revokes the underlying AA consent or family-sharing permission, future access will be restricted as technically and legally applicable.
Minor/guardian functionality, if introduced, will require a separate verified legal/guardian workflow and additional privacy review before launch.
6. Why we process information
Depending on the selected service, information may be processed to create and secure your account; authenticate you; operate the family dashboard; request/display AA information for the consented purpose; provide customer support; prevent fraud/security incidents; comply with legal/regulatory record keeping; facilitate an expressly selected mutual fund, insurance, loan, IPO or e-challan journey; communicate service status; and improve reliability using appropriately minimised/aggregated technical analytics.
We will not convert consent for one regulated purpose into unrestricted consent for unrelated group-company marketing. Marketing permissions, where used, will be separately managed to the extent required by law.

7A. Insurance privacy and marketing controls
Insurance information is processed for quotation, comparison, solicitation, proposal, policy issuance/servicing, claims support, regulatory/KYC/AML obligations and related customer service only by the entities authorised for that purpose. ANV acts as technology provider for the GrowMint interface and does not obtain an independent right to monetise insurance prospect/policy data.
Where you select an insurance journey, information reasonably required for that journey may be disclosed to Arham Secure, selected insurers and authorised processors. Product information displayed by GrowMint is supplied/approved by the relevant insurer or Arham Secure and may change; policy documents prevail.
Arham Share’s AA, trading or DP data is not automatically shared with Arham Secure merely because the companies are associated/group entities. A separate lawful purpose and transparent consent/data-sharing basis is required before any such transfer. The same prohibition applies in reverse: insurance data is not automatically used by Arham Share for securities/FIU marketing.
Marketing consent is separate from the consent necessary to process an insurance enquiry/transaction. We do not treat a general acceptance of this Privacy Policy as an unlimited waiver of DND/NDNC preferences. Promotional communications are subject to applicable TRAI/TCCCPR consent, header/template/numbering and withdrawal requirements.
8. Digital-lending privacy controls
If GrowMint acts as an LSP/DLA for a regulated lender, loan-related data will be collected on a need-based basis with prior explicit consent and an audit trail as required by the applicable RBI framework.
The loan journey will not request access to your contact list, call logs or telephony functions and will not routinely access file/media storage. One-time camera, microphone or location access may be requested only when necessary for onboarding/KYC and only after explicit permission.
Where applicable, you will be provided controls to deny particular data uses, restrict disclosure/retention, revoke consent and request deletion, subject to the lender’s legal/regulatory retention obligations.
Loan data sharing with third parties will be disclosed and separately consented where required. Data-storage localisation and deletion/return will follow the RBI rule applicable to the identified lender/LSP/DLA architecture.
9. Device permissions
GrowMint may request only permissions reasonably necessary for an enabled feature. Permissions will be explained at or before use and can generally be managed through device settings, although disabling a required permission may prevent that feature from working.
Permission
When it may be used
Control
Camera
KYC/IPV/document capture or QR scan, if enabled
Explicit device permission; use only for selected function
Microphone
Only if genuinely needed for a permitted verification/video flow
Explicit device permission; no background recording
Location

Photos/files

Use system file picker/scoped access where possible
Notifications
Transaction, consent, security, service and optional marketing notifications
Can be disabled; marketing preferences separately managed
Contacts/call logs/telephony
Not collected for digital lending and not required for GrowMint core service
No permission request for these purposes
10. Legal bases, notices and consent
Where consent is the applicable basis, we will seek clear affirmative permission for the specified purpose and record the relevant consent action. AA consent is handled through the AA consent artefact and is distinct from general GrowMint acceptance.
As DPDP provisions progressively commence, GrowMint will update notices/consent mechanisms to satisfy the requirements then in force, including clear notice, specified purpose, withdrawal and data-principal rights where applicable.
Some processing may be required to comply with law/regulation, prevent fraud/security incidents, maintain mandated records, establish/exercise legal claims or provide a service you expressly request, depending on the legal framework applicable to that data.
11. When we share information
We share personal data only as required for the selected service, lawful processing, regulatory compliance or contracted infrastructure. We do not sell AA financial information or treat it as a general group marketing asset.
Recipients may include the service providers identified in Section 7, regulators/law-enforcement authorities where legally required, auditors, cybersecurity/forensic specialists under confidentiality, and approved processors/subprocessors.
Before publication, ANV shall maintain and disclose, at an appropriate level of transparency, the categories and where required the identities of third parties allowed to collect/process personal information through the app.
12. Cross-border processing and data localisation
Data hosting/processing locations will follow the law applicable to each service. Where RBI/SEBI/CERT-In or another applicable rule requires specified data/logs to reside in India, the relevant systems will be configured accordingly.
AA information for Arham will remain within the Arham-approved controlled environment. Any proposal to enable overseas access/processing of restricted financial data requires prior legal, compliance and security approval and must comply with applicable localisation/cross-border conditions.
The list of primary/DR cloud regions and critical subprocessors will be maintained internally and disclosed to users to the extent required by law.
13. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose and any applicable statutory, regulatory, audit, dispute, fraud/security or legal-hold requirement. Financial-sector record-retention rules may prevent immediate deletion of particular transaction/KYC records even after account closure or consent withdrawal.
Data category
Retention approach

Security logs

Support/grievances
For resolution, audit and applicable limitation/regulatory period.
Backups are deleted/overwritten according to controlled backup lifecycles; data subject to legal hold may be retained until the hold ends. Secure deletion/destruction methods will be used when retention is no longer required.
14. Your choices and rights
You can manage certain profile information and permissions in the app/device. AA consent can be reviewed/revoked through the relevant Account Aggregator mechanism as made available by that AA.
You may request access to information about processing, correction/update of inaccurate personal data, deletion/erasure where legally available, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, or grievance review by contacting the applicable entity identified below. These requests remain subject to identity verification and mandatory regulatory retention.
As additional DPDP rights and obligations commence, we will provide the rights and mechanisms required by the provisions then in force. Withdrawal of consent will be as easy as reasonably required by applicable law and does not invalidate lawful processing already completed.
For another family member’s data, you cannot exercise that member’s privacy rights unless legally authorised.
15. Security safeguards
We and applicable regulated providers use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of financial data, including encryption in transit/at rest, MFA/role-based access, privileged-access controls, network/system segregation, monitoring/logging, vulnerability management, secure development, incident response, backup/DR and periodic security testing.
No system is risk-free. If a breach/security incident occurs, we will contain, investigate and make legally required notifications to affected providers, regulators and/or individuals within applicable timelines.
16. Cookies, SDKs, analytics and app telemetry
Mobile analytics, crash reporting, security/fraud and communication SDKs may process device/app metadata only where included in the approved vendor register and disclosed consistently with this Policy and the app-store Data Safety form.
Advertising SDKs shall not receive AA financial information, PAN/KYC data or other restricted financial data. Behavioural advertising based on restricted financial data is prohibited unless a separately documented legal basis and regulatory approval make it permissible.
Material third-party SDKs, analytics providers and processors used in production will be documented and this Policy/app-store disclosure will be updated if their use materially changes the categories or purposes of personal-data processing.
17. Children and minors
GrowMint financial services are intended for users legally capable of entering the relevant transaction. We do not knowingly allow a minor to independently consent to regulated financial access where law requires a parent/guardian.
Any future minor/guardian feature shall be launched only after legal review of guardian authority, provider rules and the applicable DPDP child-data provisions as they commence.
18. Communications and marketing
We may send security, consent, transaction, service and regulatory communications required to operate the selected service. Promotional communications will be sent only in accordance with your recorded preferences/consent and applicable telecom/privacy requirements. We do not treat acceptance of this Policy or submission of an enquiry as a blanket override of DND/NDNC preferences.
Opting out of marketing does not stop essential security, transaction, regulatory or service messages. We do not use Arham AA information as a marketing audience source merely because that information is technically available in the platform.
Arham securities/DP/FIU-processing grievance: grievances@arhamshare.com; current Compliance Officer/contact details shall be maintained in the app and on Arham’s official website.
AA consent/AA platform grievance: contact the Account Aggregator shown in your AA journey; issues relating specifically to Arham’s FIU processing may be raised with Arham.
Digital lending: contact the lender/LSP nodal grievance officer displayed in the loan journey/KFS; if applicable and unresolved within the RBI-prescribed period, the borrower may use RBI CMS/Ombudsman route.
Insurance: contact Arham Secure/selected insurer grievance channels; escalation may include IRDAI/Bima Bharosa/Insurance Ombudsman as applicable.
20. Accuracy of this Policy and app-store disclosures
We seek to keep this Policy, the Terms of Use, in-app consent screens, website forms and Google Play/App Store privacy or Data Safety disclosures consistent with the actual production data flow. If a selected service sends personal data to a disclosed regulated provider or processor, we will not describe that processing in a manner that is materially inconsistent with the applicable platform disclosure rules.
We do not promise absolute security or state that information is “never shared”. Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but cannot eliminate it, and disclosed sharing may be necessary to obtain quotations, issue policies, process an authorised loan/mutual-fund/IPO transaction, pay an e-challan or operate an Account Aggregator journey.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to any statutory privacy, consumer, regulatory, ombudsman or other forum whose jurisdiction cannot lawfully be excluded, the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over contractual/civil disputes relating to ANV’s handling of personal data through GrowMint. Nothing in this clause restricts a right to approach the Data Protection Board of India, SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, an ombudsman, consumer commission or another competent authority where Applicable Law provides such a right.
22. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy for legal/regulatory commencement, new providers, security changes or new services. The latest version and effective date will be displayed in GrowMint. Material changes will be notified and consent obtained where required.
The Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, AA consent language, module-level disclosures and Google Play/App Store Data Safety declarations shall be reviewed together whenever a new module or data flow is activated.
These Terms govern your access to and use of GrowMint. By creating an account, continuing to use the platform or accepting a service-specific journey, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and any additional product/provider terms displayed for that journey.
You must be legally competent to contract under Indian law and provide accurate information. Certain regulated products may have additional age, residency, KYC, tax, eligibility, risk-profile or account requirements imposed by the relevant provider.
If you use GrowMint for a company, HUF, trust, partnership or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity.
2. Platform role and separate service providers
ANV provides the GrowMint technology interface. ANV does not acquire a regulatory status merely because a regulated group company or third-party provider is integrated into GrowMint.
Each financial product/service is governed by the contract, registration and regulatory framework of the entity actually providing that service. The name and material regulatory details of that provider will be shown in the relevant journey.
A SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, exchange, depository, ARN or other registration belonging to one entity does not authorise another entity and must not be understood as a group-wide licence.
2A. Key legal entities currently identified on GrowMint
ANV FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“ANV”) – CIN U64990GJ2023PTC143283; registered office: Office-101, 1st Floor, Jolly Plaza, Nr. Athwa Arked, Athwagate, Surat, Gujarat - 395001. ANV operates the GrowMint technology platform.
ARHAM SHARE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Arham Share”) – CIN U67120GJ2010PTC061501; SEBI Stock Broker Registration No. INZ000175534; CDSL Depository Participant Registration No. IN-DP-CDSL-252-2016; registered office: 416-417 A, X-Change Plaza, Dalal Street Commercial Tower, Block 53 E, GIFT City, Gandhinagar - 382355, Gujarat. Arham Share’s registrations apply only to the services legally provided by Arham Share.
ARHAM INSURANCE BROKERS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Arham Secure”) – CIN U66220GJ2024PTC155825; registered office: U/8, Jolly Plaza, Athwagate Circle, Surat, Gujarat - 395001; IRDAI CoR/Licence No. 1104, Direct Broker - Life & General; licence validity stated as 06/11/2028, subject to the current IRDAI record at the time of the transaction.
For mutual-fund distribution, lending, insurance, IPO/public-issue, e-challan/payment or any other service-specific module, the actual provider and its material registration/authorisation details will be identified in the relevant journey before you proceed. A service is not provided by Arham Share merely because it appears within GrowMint.
3. Account Aggregator and FIU disclosure
Where you use an Account Aggregator (“AA”) journey and the electronic consent artefact identifies Arham Share Private Limited (“Arham”) as the Financial Information User (“FIU”), Arham is the FIU for that request. ANV supplies the GrowMint technology interface/TSP services and does not “use”, “borrow”, “share” or operate under Arham’s FIU status.
Your financial information will be requested only through an AA consent artefact that states the required data, purpose, recipient, frequency/period and validity in accordance with the applicable AA framework. The Account Aggregator, not GrowMint, is the consent manager for that AA consent.
Financial information received by Arham as FIU may be used/disclosed only for the purpose specified in the relevant AA consent artefact and Applicable Law. A general GrowMint acceptance does not authorise unrelated use of that information.
GrowMint shall not treat AA data obtained for an Arham-approved dashboard purpose as a general marketing database for ANV, mutual fund distribution, insurance or lending. If a separate product legitimately requires AA information, a separate lawful consent/use case identifying the proper FIU/recipient and purpose will be presented.
4. Family / household dashboard
You may be able to organise consenting family members in a household view. Adding a person as a spouse, parent, child or other family member does not itself grant access to that person’s bank, securities, mutual fund or other financial information.
Each competent adult whose AA information is to be fetched must independently authenticate and provide the required consent. You must not attempt to connect or view another person’s financial information without lawful authority and that person’s consent.
Where GrowMint allows a member to share information with another family member, the sharing permissions shown in the app control the scope of that sharing. A member should revoke sharing/AA consent through the available mechanism if access is no longer intended.
Minor/guardian relationships, if supported, are subject to the legal and provider-specific guardian rules shown in that journey.
5. Dashboard information and no investment advice
Unless a separately identified, appropriately registered provider expressly offers an advisory/research service under separate terms, GrowMint’s dashboard, aggregation, calculations, categorisation, alerts, summaries and general educational content are informational/technology functions only and are not personalised investment advice, a research recommendation, a portfolio-management service or a promise of return.
Market values, prices, balances and holding information may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete or dependent on financial information providers, exchanges, depositories, AMCs, RTAs or other third parties. You should verify material information from the original provider before acting.
Past performance is not indicative of future performance. Securities and investment products are subject to market, liquidity, credit, operational and other risks.
6. Mutual fund distribution
If mutual fund transactions are offered through GrowMint, the transaction will be facilitated/distributed by the mutual fund distributor identified in the relevant journey, with the applicable ARN/sub-ARN/principal distributor and EUIN disclosures shown where required. ANV shall not represent Arham Share’s stock-broker/FIU registrations as the basis for ANV’s mutual-fund distribution authority.
Applicable scheme documents, risk disclosures, transaction cut-offs, KYC/FATCA requirements, loads, tax consequences and AMC/RTA/platform terms apply. Units are allotted by the mutual fund/AMC subject to receipt of valid funds and applicable rules.
The distributor may receive commissions/fees from AMCs or the principal distributor as disclosed/allowed under applicable requirements. Such remuneration may create a distribution conflict which you should consider when making your own investment decision.
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully.
7. Insurance
Where insurance is offered through GrowMint, the insurance-broking service is provided by ARHAM INSURANCE BROKERS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Arham Secure”), CIN U66220GJ2024PTC155825, registered office U/8, Jolly Plaza, Athwagate Circle, Surat, Gujarat – 395001, IRDAI CoR/License No. 1104, Direct Broker – Life & General. The current licence-validity date shown by Arham Secure is 06/11/2028 and must be re-verified from the latest IRDAI certificate/register immediately before publication. ANV provides the technology interface and is not the insurer or insurance broker merely because the journey appears inside GrowMint.
Before an online insurance sale/service journey is activated, Arham Secure must document the applicable IRDAI e-commerce/Insurance Self Network Platform (“ISNP”) permission/certification position and all required point-of-sale disclosures. If an ISNP permission is required for the implemented architecture, the insurance transaction functionality shall remain disabled until the permission/certification is in place. “Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation.”
Policy issuance, underwriting, premium, discounts, eligibility, exclusions, waiting periods, deductibles, warranties, claim admissibility and settlement are determined by the applicable insurer and policy terms. Any savings, discount or offer, if displayed, is insurer-specific, subject to underwriting/eligibility and applicable product/file-and-use requirements, and is not guaranteed by ANV, Arham Secure or Arham Share. Product information is based on information received from insurers; the insurer’s proposal form, sales brochure, benefit illustration, policy wording and schedule prevail. Tax benefits, where applicable, are subject to prevailing tax law.
Insurance solicitation, comparison, recommendation/advice, proposal assistance and claims-support representations may be made only by Arham Secure and its appropriately authorised/trained persons in accordance with applicable IRDAI requirements. ANV personnel may provide technical support only unless separately and lawfully authorised under a written, compliance-approved arrangement. Arham Share is not the insurer and does not underwrite, issue or settle insurance policies merely because Arham Secure is a group/associate entity.
Insurance premium shall be paid only through the insurer/Arham Secure/authorised collection mechanism permitted by law. ANV shall not hold, pool or divert insurance premium in its own bank account unless specifically permitted and documented.
Promotional calls/SMS/email/WhatsApp require a separate, revocable marketing preference/consent where applicable. Acceptance of these Terms does not by itself constitute an unlimited waiver of DND/NDNC preferences. Service/transactional and promotional communications shall be made through applicable TRAI/TCCCPR-compliant routes, registered headers/templates/numbering and consent records.
BEWARE OF SPURIOUS PHONE CALLS AND FICTITIOUS/FRAUDULENT OFFERS. IRDAI or its officials do not sell insurance policies, announce bonuses or investment of premiums. Persons receiving suspicious calls should verify the communication through the insurer/Arham Secure official channels and may lodge an appropriate complaint with law-enforcement/regulatory channels.
8. Loans against securities / mutual funds and other digital lending
If a loan journey is offered, the actual RBI-regulated lender will be identified in the loan screen and Key Fact Statement (“KFS”). ANV/GrowMint may act as a technology/Lending Service Provider (“LSP”) or Digital Lending App (“DLA”) only where separately appointed and legally permitted under the applicable RBI framework.
The lender, not ANV or Arham merely by virtue of the GrowMint platform, decides credit approval, amount, pricing, collateral/margin, tenure, APR, charges, security invocation and other loan terms. The KFS and lender documents control the loan.
Loan disbursement and repayment will be made directly between you and the lender in the manner required by applicable RBI directions; ANV will not use a pass-through/pool account where this is prohibited.
Loan data permissions will be need-based and displayed separately. For digital lending, GrowMint will not seek access to contact lists, call logs or telephony functions and will not routinely access file/media storage. One-time camera, microphone or location access may be requested only when genuinely required for onboarding/KYC and with explicit permission.
Arham’s AA data will not automatically be transferred to the lender. If the lender requires AA-based information for underwriting, you will be presented with a separate lawful consent journey identifying the relevant recipient/FIU and purpose.
9. IPO / public issue bidding
If GrowMint offers IPO/public-issue bidding, ANV provides the user interface and the bid is transmitted through the eligible registered broker/intermediary identified in that journey and the authorised exchange/public-issue infrastructure. ANV does not become a stock broker merely because it captures your bid instruction or BO ID.
You authorise the relevant system to use your PAN, BO ID/demat details, UPI ID/bank/ASBA information and bid details for submitting, validating, modifying or cancelling the bid as instructed. You are responsible for accuracy of the information entered.
Application funds are blocked/debited through authorised ASBA/UPI/SCSB/sponsor-bank processes. ANV does not receive or hold IPO subscription monies. Bid acceptance, UPI mandate, allotment, refund/unblocking and listing are controlled by the issuer, exchange, registrar, bank and applicable public-issue framework.
Submitting a bid does not guarantee allotment.
10. e-Challan lookup and payment
GrowMint may allow you to retrieve e-challan information from the authorised government source/data provider identified in the journey and to make payment through the authorised payment gateway/payment aggregator identified at the payment stage. ANV and Arham are not the government authority issuing or adjudicating the challan.
You must verify the vehicle, challan number, offence, amount and other details before paying. Challenges, corrections, refunds or disputes concerning the underlying challan are governed by the relevant government authority’s process.
Unless ANV holds a legally required payment authorisation, ANV does not pool or settle payment funds in its own account. Payment provider terms, charges, refunds, failures and settlement rules apply.
Securities client bank accounts, trading balances and client securities are not used for e-challan payments.
11. Registration, account security and authentication
You must keep your mobile number, email, passwords, PINs, OTPs, device credentials and other authentication factors confidential. Do not share OTPs/trading credentials with ANV/Arham staff or any third party.
You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated account unless caused by a security failure for which the applicable provider is legally responsible. Notify support immediately if you suspect account compromise.
We may use MFA, device binding, risk-based authentication, session controls or other security measures and may require re-authentication for sensitive actions.
12. KYC and regulated onboarding
A regulated provider may require PAN, Aadhaar/offline Aadhaar or other permitted KYC data, CKYC/KRA status, bank/demat information, video/IPV, FATCA/CRS declarations, nominee information, declarations or other documents according to the product and Applicable Law.
ANV’s technical capture of information does not mean ANV makes the final regulatory onboarding/KYC decision. The relevant regulated provider retains responsibility for its onboarding and compliance obligations.
You must provide complete, current and truthful information and promptly update material changes.
13. Fees, charges and taxes
GrowMint/ANV may charge technology/convenience fees only where disclosed before you incur them. Financial-product charges, brokerage, statutory levies, mutual fund charges, insurance premium, loan interest/APR/fees, payment-provider charges and government charges are determined by the relevant provider/law and displayed in the applicable journey/document.
Taxes apply as required by law. No undisclosed fee creates a right for ANV to conduct a regulated activity for which it lacks authority.
14. Third-party services and links
GrowMint integrates with AAs, FIPs, exchanges, depositories, AMCs/RTAs, insurers, lenders, payment providers, government systems, cloud/communication providers and other third parties. Their availability, processing and separate terms may affect the service.
A link or integration is not an endorsement of a third party’s product. ANV is not responsible for an independent third party’s acts except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under law or ANV has expressly assumed responsibility.
15. Privacy and data use
Your information is handled according to the GrowMint Privacy Policy and the provider-specific privacy/consent notices shown in each module. Product-specific data will not be treated as freely reusable across group entities merely because the services are accessible through one application.
Where you withdraw an AA consent or other consent, future processing based solely on that consent will cease as required; information may still be retained where a regulator, legal obligation, record-retention rule, dispute or fraud/security requirement permits or requires retention.
You may request correction/deletion or exercise other rights through the grievance/privacy channels subject to applicable law and regulatory retention requirements.
16. Prohibited use
You shall not use GrowMint to impersonate another person, access another person’s financial information without authority, submit fraudulent documents, manipulate transactions, bypass authentication/security controls, scrape or reverse-engineer restricted components, introduce malware, violate intellectual-property rights, breach financial-market rules or conduct unlawful activity.
We may suspend access, preserve records and notify the relevant provider/authority where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance or protection of customers.
17. Availability, changes and suspension
GrowMint is dependent on third-party networks and may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, regulatory changes or security events. We may modify, suspend or discontinue a feature where required for compliance, security, provider changes or business reasons, subject to applicable customer rights.
Regulated transactions already accepted by a provider remain governed by that provider’s rules and records.
18. Intellectual property
GrowMint software, branding, layouts and content are owned/licensed by ANV or the relevant rights holder. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the application for lawful personal/business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Provider trademarks and regulatory identifiers belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or used to imply endorsement.
Arham Share’s SEBI registration, exchange memberships, DP registration and FIU role apply only to services legally provided by Arham Share. They do not make Arham Share an insurer, insurance broker, lender, payment provider or guarantor of ANV’s independent services. Likewise, Arham Secure’s IRDAI registration does not extend to securities, AA/FIU or lending services.
To the extent permitted by law, each identified service provider is responsible for its own regulated service, contracts, representations and statutory duties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a right or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
19. Disclaimers and limitation
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ANV is not liable for investment loss caused by market movements, issuer/AMC/insurer/lender decisions, government challan data, exchange/registrar allotment, bank/UPI failures or third-party acts outside ANV’s reasonable control.
ANV remains responsible for its own breach of law, contractual obligations, fraud, wilful misconduct, security/privacy failures or other liability to the extent imposed by Applicable Law.
Arham securities/DP/FIU-processing complaint: Arham Share Private Limited, grievances@arhamshare.com; Compliance Officer details to be kept current in the app. Eligible securities grievances may be escalated through SEBI SCORES and the applicable online dispute-resolution mechanism after first approaching the intermediary.
AA consent/Account Aggregator issue: first use the grievance channel of the Account Aggregator shown in the AA journey. Issues attributable to Arham’s FIU processing may also be raised with Arham. Do not treat a generic RBI Ombudsman statement as applicable to every GrowMint issue.
Digital loan complaint: use the lender/LSP grievance officer displayed in the loan journey/KFS. Where applicable under RBI rules, an unresolved complaint may be escalated through RBI’s Complaint Management System after the prescribed period.
Insurance complaint: use Arham Insurance/insurer grievance channels and then the applicable IRDAI/Bima Bharosa/Insurance Ombudsman mechanism, depending on the complaint.
Mutual fund distribution complaint: use the distributor/principal/AMC/RTA grievance route and applicable regulatory dispute mechanism.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any statutory or regulatory forum whose jurisdiction cannot lawfully be excluded, the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over contractual and civil disputes arising between you and ANV in relation to GrowMint. Where you separately enter into a valid arbitration agreement for a particular non-consumer/commercial service, the seat and legal place of that arbitration shall be Surat, Gujarat unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Service-specific regulatory, consumer, ombudsman, exchange, ODR or grievance mechanisms remain available where Applicable Law makes them available and cannot be waived by these Terms.
22. Electronic communications, consents and records
You consent to receive service, transactional, security, regulatory and account communications electronically through the app, registered email, SMS, push notification or other lawful digital channel. Promotional communications are governed separately by your marketing preferences and applicable TRAI requirements.
Where a click-wrap acceptance, OTP, electronic consent, AA consent artefact, digital signature, transaction confirmation, device/session log or other electronic record is used, you agree that the record may be retained and relied upon as evidence to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. Nothing in these Terms authorises GrowMint or any provider to bypass a mandatory signature, KYC, authentication, consent or physical-document requirement.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, security, product or provider changes. The latest version and effective date will be displayed in GrowMint. Material changes requiring consent will be presented for acceptance as required by Applicable Law.
